To Whom It May Concern:

Hey everyone it’s that time of year again. Summer is just around the corner and everyone in Louisiana knows the LA Tech Wake Team will be out shredding up the water. We dominated at our first tournament walking away with first place. We plan to do the same at our next tournament on April 16th at ULM of Monroe, LA. We are working on getting a cable park installed on Hideaway Lake, which is located right on LA Tech’s campus. This is going to allow the general public to experience, enjoy, and encounter the wonders of water sports without the hassles of boat trouble and lake issues. This facility will also provide the team with an economically friendly, cost efficient, and cutting edge means to practice, and this is just the beginning of our plans for this season.

Similar to the cable idea the team now has a GRINCH WINCH and we know how to use it. The winch technology makes any body of water accessible to team practice! We have been scoping out new spots daily and plan on taking full advantage of this new technology. With team videos airing on TechTV for over 4 years we recently received permission to show team videos on the jumbo-tron at the halftime shows! Sponsors keep in mind we could advertise for you at this time. The team has continued to grow and progress every year along with the sport. We plan on building several new rails this year and the rider progression is getting ridiculous. The organization is also growing, we are getting more public with what we are doing and hosting more events. Currently the team has no boats for practice and has been working endlessly to find means of riding. With a generous offer from a local doctor a new team boat could be in our future, which would be a perfect place for your company’s logo. Other forms of representation for your donations are sponsor space on T-shirts and on our team travel trailer.

Here at LA Tech we are all about a good time and we want you to be apart of that. Now is the time to jump on the LA Tech Wake boat because big name companies like Monster Energy, Kicker Audio, Spy Optics, and Buywake.com have already seen our potential and are behind our team.

We look forward to creating the best team as well as keep the edge of being the most advanced and diverse school with your help.

Sincerely,

Wayland Morgan

I am the president of the team at tech and I tried to post something on the forum but it won't allow me to for some reason. I would like to raise awareness of what we are doing. Karl Malone is already interested and the team would greatly benefit from some Alumni support!
